Have you wondered how it’s possible to gain guests and recruit new members without meeting in person?  Join us as we share how we have been able to add new members, even in the time of Zoom.  Discussions include basic Facebook ad setup, virtual audition processes and how to help potential new members zoom into membership.

Patty Friedemann is a founding member of Talk of Tulsa since it chartered in 2002. She is the Assistant Director as well as being a member of the Management Team and Music Team and is an integral part of the Membership Committee.  Patty is also a member of the Region 25 Education Faculty and is the 1987 International Quartet Champion, Ginger n’ Jazz.

Robin Pitchford – In her (much) younger years, Robin did community theater and was passionate about it.  In 2015, she told her family she wished she could find something to be passionate about again.  Then she saw a FaceBook ad from Talk of Tulsa and the rest is history! Since joining, Robin has been on the Management Team including acting as Secretary, Team Leader and now Membership Coordinator.  In her real life she is a Registered Nurse who works in Performance Improvement for a large six hospital health system.

Laramie Smith joined Talk of Tulsa in 2012 (after many years of her mother asking her to join the fun) where she was part of the original “Sweet 16” group of recruits. She has had roles on multiple committees over the years including make up, choreography, social media, dream team, and the management team.  She currently serves as the Social Media/Technology head on the Management Team, and as a support member of the Choreography Team.  After a full day in the office as a CAD Designer, Laramie really enjoys getting away from the guys and singing with the gals!
